EPIC Information Solutions is recruiting for a qualified Help Desk Technician to join our expanding customer service team. The successful applicant must have experience in supporting Windows environment (Desktop & Server), conducting over the phone and remote support; VPNs, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and Active Directory; Cisco routers; Terminal Services; and using remote support tools to provide phone support. Preference will be given to those with CCENT or CCNA, or IT related diploma or work experience; training in A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, and Network+ or Server+, as well as previous help desk experience.

Excellent skills in communication, time management and organization would also be considered an asset.

EPIC is seeking an individual who sees the potential of Cloud Solutions and wants to be a leader in bringing those solutions to market. EPIC currently has Cloud Solution offering, but wished to grow our offerings. The position will be responsible for:

• Understanding the reason to move to the Cloud.
• Ability to articulate the Cloud and EPIC's Cloud offerings to clients.
• Collaborate with Sales, System Engineers and Architects to build, procure, market, and sell Cloud Solutions.
• Build EPIC's brokered Cloud Solutions (research, evaluate, select, manage).
• Build EPIC’s Cloud Solution Strategy and Execute on that Strategy.
• Report to EPIC’s Executive Management.
