Senior Systems Engineer
We have a requirement for 3 Senior Systems Engineers to join our team.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening), superior time management and organization skills, excellent customer service skills and will have at least 7+ years work experience providing IT consulting services. Preference will be given to candidates with CCNA or higher, MCSE 2003 or higher, VCP certification including experience with virtualization and storage area networks.
Duties will include: pre sales technical support, designing and architecting complex solutions using a variety of technologies, implementing those solutions either work independently or in a team environment to the satisfaction of the customer.

Business Solutions Manager
Location: Regina, SK
Qualifications: Post Secondary Degree preferably in one of; Commerce, Marketing, Information Systems, Business, Sales or Customer Service experience
Duties: The position is a major account management role. Responsibilities include identifying opportunity in established accounts and new accounts, proposing solutions, and ultimately securing the business. A BSM will build relationships with our customers and vendors. A significant effort will be on learning details on our technology solutions.
Salary: $35,000-$50,000 + Commission
Hours: Full Time Position, 8:30AM – 5:00PM

Help Desk Technician
EPIC Information Solutions has an opening for a Help Desk Technician to join our expanding customer service team. The successful applicant must have experience in supporting Windows environment (Desktop & Server), conducting over the phone and remote support; VPNs, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and Active Directory; Cisco routers; Terminal Services; and using remote support tools to provide phone support. Preference will be given to those with CCENT or CCNA, or IT related diploma or work experience; training in A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, and Network+ or Server+, as well as previous help desk experience.
Excellent skills in communication, time management and organization would also be considered an asset.

Systems Technician II
EPIC Information Solutions has an immediate opening for a Systems Technician (Level II) to join their expanding customer service team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting and providing troubleshooting Windows Environment (Desktop & Server); VPNs, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Active Directory; Firewalls (Cisco, WatchGuard, SonicWALL); Cisco routers; Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007; Terminal Services/Citrix; and Symantec Backup Exec.
Duties will include doing over the phone/remote support, construction of basic network concepts, using remote support tools to provide phone support and providing on-site client support. The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening), superior time management and organization skills, is comfortable working in a team environment, and will have at least 3 years work experience providing IT support. Preference will be given to candidates with CCNA or higher, MCSE 2003 or higher, VCP certification, experience with virtualization and previous IT consulting experience.
