Qualifications: Post Secondary Degree preferably in one of; Commerce, Marketing, Information Systems, Business, Sales or Customer Service experience
Duties: The position is a major account management role. Responsibilities include identifying opportunity in established accounts and new accounts, proposing solutions, and ultimately securing the business. A BSM will build relationships with our customers and vendors. A significant effort will be on learning details on our technology solutions.
Salary: $35,000-$50,000 + Commission
Hours: Full Time Position, 8:30AM – 5:00PM
EPIC Information Solutions is recruiting for a qualified Help Desk Technician to join our expanding customer service team. The successful applicant must have experience in supporting Windows environment (Desktop & Server), conducting over the phone and remote support; VPNs, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and Active Directory; Cisco routers; Terminal Services; and using remote support tools to provide phone support. Preference will be given to those with CCENT or CCNA, or IT related diploma or work experience; training in A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, and Network+ or Server+, as well as previous help desk experience.
Excellent skills in communication, time management and organization would also be considered an asset.
EPIC Information Solutions is recruiting experienced Software Developers. They should be a self-motivated, team player with good customer relationship skills and willing to learn. The ideal candidate should be familiar with object-oriented programming techniques and database design. Familiarity with a wide range of development technologies would be an asset (e.g. C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, PHP, PowerBuilder, XML, SQL Server, MySQL).
